libgd-ocaml software package provides OCaml interface to the GD library -- runtime files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgd-ocaml
libgd-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgd-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgd-ocaml *
You will get with libgd-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
